You can tell they truly care about your needs and make your stay exceptional. the location is absolutely magical, with beautiful landscapes and a relaxing atmosphere right by the pool. the laundry service was very convenient, and the tours/ticket assistance available on-site were very valuable. the hotel offers a poolside snack bar and breakfast options that are perfect for a leisurely morning. I especially loved the sun terrace and garden area where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings. the facility was kept very clean and well-maintained, making my stay even more pleasant.

The quality of the coffee provided at the hotel. It's important to start the day off right with a good cup of coffee, so investing in a better blend would be a great upgrade.

Stayed at a lovely hotel back in Florida right across from SeaWorld. ENJOYED the screened breakfast in-room. the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Would choose again! - One thing better than on photos was the picturesque Sun terrace!

We had a blast hitting up the entertainment spots - the live music and dance shows were off the hook! Plus, the shopping options nearby were totally dope for scoring some cool souvenirs. The hotel's daily activities like outdoor games and movie nights kept us entertained and we met so many other cool young peeps.

We just wished they had a bit more nightlife action for us party animals – like a cool hip-hop club or a DJ night to keep the fun vibes going into the late hours.

The hotel's cleaning policies leave something to be desired, with rooms only being cleaned every 5 days.

Overall I will stay here over and over!! The Hotel was beautiful with great pools, reasonable-priced restaurant, and helpful staff. Room amenities were fantastic, though some maintenance issues stood out. I love the serene property and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The location of the hotel in the heart of the Alfama district was perfect. With a tram stop right outside, it was easy to get around the city either by foot or tram. The maze of narrow streets was a delight to explore, and it was just a short walk or tram ride to the city centre. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. I especially appreciated the air conditioning in the room, which was a welcome relief from the summer heat.
