Great Location , Perfectly situated close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. Helpful Staff , the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose during our stay. Decent Rooms , Despite some flaws, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent place to rest.

Expensive Extras , the cost for WiFi and breakfast were too high, considering they should be included in the price of the stay. Unpleasant Bathroom , the bathroom was dirty and in need of updating, with a slow draining bath and broken amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Grand Central metro station and a pleasant 30-minute walk to Times Square. It was convenient to all the NYC hot spots, including lots of restaurants and a 24-hour deli. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, from the check-in desk to the bell boys and doorman, were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. We were impressed with their level of hospitality.

Location, location, location! The hotel is conveniently located near top tourist attractions such as the Chrysler Building and Grand Central Station. It was easy to walk to Central Park, the 9/11 memorial, and Battery Park for the boat trip to Liberty Island. Within a 20-minute walking distance, we could explore these iconic landmarks.

The check-in process , as the front desk staff lacked professionalism and failed to provide good customer service. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic facilities such as U.S.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for our needs, since we were attending a job-conference in the Midtown area and the UN-Building was close by. Plus, the subway station was just a short walk away, and the underground made it easy to get around. The service was excellent, from the bell staff/porter to housekeeping and room service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Chafik the doorman, who was a delight to talk to.

This place was a great choice for our stay. We would recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.

The staff at Westgate New York Grand Central were very accommodating, giving us a free room upgrade when our initial room didn't meet our expectations. The upgraded room was comfortable and nice. The hotel's location is convenient, with restaurants across the street and attractions like Grand Central Station, the Empire State Building, and Times Square within walking distance. The dining room was well-stocked and opened early. The hotel staff, both inside and outside, were exceptional in their service.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, just two blocks away from my meeting place and conveniently close to all of the NYC hot spots. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff, especially Jose the doorman, were wonderful. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The lobby was pleasant and the Starbucks employee was friendly. The bed was comfortable with 2 windows offering interesting views. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable and the doormen were helpful, especially to accommodate my mobility needs. Our stay at Westgate was amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including providing a room near the exit for a smoker in our party. The staff was responsive and helpful when the elevator broke down. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with a nice balcony, tub, and very comfortable mattress. The luxurious feel, along with the big TV, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offered a very fair price for Manhattan, and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a definite plus. The staff was kind and accommodating, making the experience even better.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the UN and had a great experience. the manager at the front desk was incredibly helpful and understanding when our flight was canceled due to weather conditions. He ensured that we were only charged for one night instead of the full reservation, saving us money. the hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location within walking distance of the UN and Grand Central station. We were pleased with the cleanliness, room amenities, and overall customer service. We will definitely be returning for another New York visit.
