Amazing breakfast with a variety of options including cooked-to-order eggs and delicious pastries. The pool and lazy river were gorgeous, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel is a bit far from other shops, malls, and restaurants, but Uber is available for convenience. The parking charge is quite high, which may deter guests from renting a car.

I have to say, the value we got for our money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Disney and other attractions. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. They treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. We even received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be coming back to this resort.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by reducing the wait time. Considering it was a holiday weekend, I understand there was more demand, but it would have been nice to have a faster service.

I recently stayed at a Hilton in Orlando for a week to wait out Hurricane Irma. Despite the circumstances, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy and I slept well, and the windows were noise-proof, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food, and I appreciated the option to use the amenities at the connected Waldorf Astoria. The pool view from my room was stunning, and the lazy river was a relaxing touch. it was an excellent stay and I would definitely return.

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with an array of fresh options and made-to-order omelettes. The hotel itself was spotless, and the pool area with its lazy river was simply stunning. The convenient courtesy shuttle to Disney parks was a bonus. a wonderful experience.

The hotel location is very convenient for those visiting the parks around Downtown Disney. However, the transportation schedule is a bit slow, making time management crucial. The hotel offers a great variety of restaurants and bars, but be mindful of the prices. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views and modern bathrooms, offering a refreshing escape from the heat and crowds. Housekeeping service is superb, and the pool area is a dream come true, with a lazy river and a kid-friendly section.

The hotel does not offer any karaoke or casino entertainment for those who enjoy it, leaving guests with a limited variety of activities during their stay.

The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the outdoor swimming pool and poolside snack bar. We appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, and the restaurant served delicious meals.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices. It was the perfect way to start the day. The housekeeping staff was excellent, always ensuring our room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the nearby attractions, such as Disney Parks, shopping outlets, and water parks. It made it so convenient to explore everything in the area.

I had requested assistance with reserving a car for when I checked out, but unfortunately, they did not follow up and I was told to handle it myself. Another issue was with the bus driver who gave conflicting information on needing a reservation receipt.

The amenities were great - loved the pool slide and lazy river. The place was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Breakfast was delicious and complete. The staff was attentive and helpful. The property is beautiful, with a fantastic pool area. The on-site restaurants were really good.
