Great location near Disney Springs. Room mix-up and cleanliness issues.

This hotel was perfect for my family's who were going to Disney. The location is amazing and it's so close to everything, we didn't need to look for anything outside of it. The rooms were well-equipped with a microwave and some of them even have a great view of downtown Disney or Disney Springs. Breakfast was included for gold/diamond members, and it was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. The service was brilliant, and the staff were always really kind and helpful.

Easy walk to Disney Springs and great proximity. Hassle-free check-out and able to store belongings with bell desk. Convenient option for a day of shopping and dining in the area.

The view of Disney Springs from our room was wonderful. We had a comfortable walk across the street to get there, avoiding traffic and parking. The location was fairly close to Disney Springs and major roads and highways, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

As young people, we loved the convenience and proximity to Disney Springs. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area. The pool area is really nice and relaxing. We also enjoyed the old school Bennihanas, it had a great vibe and delicious food. The staff was amazing, from the friendly front desk staff to the helpful bartender and room service delivery. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly focused on providing excellent service. The hotel also has a 24-hour mini-market, which was very handy for late-night snacks.

We felt very welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a great experience. The location was fantastic as it was close to everything, especially the Arcade. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle service was very convenient. I really enjoyed the special diet menus at the poolside snack bar.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel because there are so many facilities for children.

Located just a bridge away from Disney Springs, this hotel is a fabulous choice for those wanting to be close to the action. The pool area is great, with a DJ providing lively music. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. It's convenient to not have to go far to get amazing food and drinks with the poolside bar and food service.

The parking fees can add up quickly, making it a bit pricey to keep a car on site.
