Very impressed with the modern decor and cleanliness of the room. Loved the convenience of having a clock in the bathroom mirror. Lobby was under construction but didn't cause any disturbances. Hilton delivered a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Richardson. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend asking for a corner room because the layout is great. The hotel facilities, including the workout facilities, were top-notch. The first-floor bar and restaurant were very nice, and right across the street, there were several restaurants and shops. This hotel is in an ideal location for business meetings in the north Dallas area.

Staying here was the perfect choice for our trip to Dallas. The hotel is located near a lovely shopping center with great eating places, making our meals delicious and not breaking the bank. The room was spotlessly clean with an incredibly comfortable bed and scenic views which made our downtime relaxing. Their staff provided excellent service and breakfast was always fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The pool was delightful and the gym well-equipped.

The only downside we experienced was that the TV wasn't equipped to stream, but with so much to explore in the Richardson area, we hardly missed it.

This hotel was great value for the money. The staff were so welcoming, and the location was super convenient for our trip. Our room on the upper floors was updated and clean, complete with a fridge and a heavier blanket which was a nice touch. Plus, breakfast was included with lots of options for any diet.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was great, just off I-75, making it easy to get around. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the dry cleaning and limousine service. The staff were well above-and-beyond, always going the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The garden furniture was a great touch too, and the free toiletries were a nice bonus.

The hotel had great amenities, including a nice bar/restaurant and large LED TVs in the rooms. The location was key, being close to where I needed to be for my business meetings. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable bed.

There were multiple issues with my room, including dirty sheets and evidence of the cleaning person entering my room without my permission. The lack of follow-up and response from the hotel management was absolutely abysmal.

Convenient location near the highway and plenty of dining options. Perfect for those traveling by car.
