The staff provided excellent service, taking care of all our needs. The rooms were newly upgraded, with well-coordinated decor and comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. We also loved the balcony, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view of the marina and San Diego skyline. The age of the facility added to the overall charm and did not affect the quality of service in any way. We highly recommend staying at this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Despite the positives, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. the hotel is an older building and could benefit from some upgrades.

Front desk receptionist Liz was genuine and helpful. Kathy provided excellent customer service. Marshal in the lounge was a great host.

We stayed here on our way to and from our Maui trip. The staff is great, the room was fantastic, and the view is outstanding. We decided to get a second room for my in-laws, and they were able to accommodate my handicapped mother for a great rate. The hotel is comfortable and clean, with a breathtaking view of the Marina. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The amenities in the room were great - the bed was comfy and there were plenty of ironing facilities, air conditioning, and toiletries provided. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in this area.
