We were pleasantly surprised with the Southwest decor and location of the hotel. It was perfectly situated near shops and the main plaza, making it easy to explore the historic part of the city. We enjoyed visiting landmarks like the "oldest house in America" and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis. The restaurant at the hotel also impressed us, especially Diane who provided exceptional service during breakfast and lunch.

The location was very convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the overall ambiance was warm and inviting. Additionally, the prices were surprisingly affordable, offering great value for money.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in a charming hotel in Santa Fe. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a 24-hour lounge for Diamond members, where we could enjoy snacks and drinks at any time. the lounge provided a great selection of treats and beverages, making our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We did have a few minor issues during our stay. our room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some soil left unchecked.
