The spacious and clean room at the Hilton was perfect and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city. the front desk manager, David Henderson, went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process. the housekeeping staff was prompt and efficient in servicing our room each day.

The room could use some updating, as it felt a bit dated. We experienced some noise disruptions from a nearby group and the hotel security conducting a wellness check.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in downtown Vancouver for three nights. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. It was also across the street from the Vancouver Wine & Jazz festival, which was a bonus. The hotel had a lovely restaurant serving great food, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool was a nice feature, and the hotel had great security measures in place. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located next to a very nice park with plenty of nice restaurants. Guests can easily walk down to the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful views. The on-property restaurant offers delicious food, and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and pillows. Guests can enjoy the great facilities, including the fitness center and secure underground parking.

The lobby, restaurant, and parking lot can get overcrowded, especially during busy times like cruise ship and convention center overflow.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful park just across the street. It was so nice to have easy access to the park for leisurely walks and coffee at the nearby Starbucks. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Robin at the front desk. The service here was top-notch. The hotel offers a variety of amenities including a restaurant and bar, which were both very good. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant and even went back multiple times. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great addition and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of exploring. we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We would highly recommend this hotel to any family or friends planning a visit.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The property is located on a very nice public park, allowing us to take leisurely walks after our meals. The staff were super friendly, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We were able to take advantage of the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, which were both awesome. Our room was well-equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning. it was a great venue and we would recommend it to families.

The staff was amazing, especially Robin at the front desk who provided excellent customer service. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and the Saturday Farmers Market across the street. We loved the comfortable pillows and enjoyed the room service. The added bonus of the jazz fest happening nearby was fantastic.

We loved how private everything was, from the private pool and spa to the personal texts from the staff to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and well-maintained indoor pool and a lovely on-property restaurant that served great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location of this hotel was perfect, situated next to a beautiful public park and within walking distance to plenty of nice restaurants and the waterfront. We also appreciated the secure parking and the easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to explore this city.

Nothing not to love.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. It's situated next to a beautiful park with great restaurant options and a movie theatre within walking distance. The indoor pool and outdoor common balcony space were an added bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, from the front desk to the valet and coffee shop team, were all on top of their game. We had a delightful dinner at the on-site restaurant, Gray's, where the halibut fish and chips were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.
