Best Western at Historic Concord offers a prime location, close to everything. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable for two adults. The hotel's buffet-style breakfast is unmatched. The cleanliness and service provided are exceptional. The employees go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. It truly feels like a home away from home.

The humidity in the room was a minor drawback, understandable due to the rainy weather during my stay.

As guests with families, we loved the excellent breakfast variety with options like skim milk and yogurt. The two serving areas prevented lines and crowding.

Located near many historic locations of great interest and walking trails, this hotel is also in a convenient spot for dining. You can reach two good restaurants without having to take a taxi. Furthermore, this establishment isn't far from Logan airport, making for a quick and easy ride home.

Cozy room with sitting area outside, beautiful grounds. Helpful staff, two good restaurants nearby. Fliers provided useful info on attractions in Concord and New England: Orchard House, Old Manse, Minuteman Museum, Concord Museum, Wayside House. We'll return!

The rooms at the hotel were nicely decorated and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a romantic escape. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning and the balcony or patio attached to our room. the hotel had a pleasant swimming pool where we could relax and cool off during our stay.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape featuring two complementary breakfasts and a great central location. the hotel’s proximity to a variety of restaurants was a nice surprise, making it easy for us to grab a bite whenever we wanted. the room was also quite comfortable and clean.

The hotel’s lobby and hallways could use some updating and lacked personality. the staff at night wasn't the most welcoming, but the day staff was wonderful and helpful.

The breakfast provided was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
