Our stay at Imogene was an amazing experience! Despite the lack of an elevator, the modern touches and stunning mountain views made the climb worth it. The rooftop bar had an unforgettable 360-degree view, and the hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly. The rooms felt new, clean, and comfortable. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We loved the historical atmosphere and the great service at this downtown hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor had a beautiful Mountain View and all the amenities we needed. The veranda was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying some drinks before heading out for the night.

Each room comes with a great view and updated beautiful bathroom for guests to use. The staff is really helpful and welcomes you with a smile. Comfortable and warm bedding make it easy to doze off after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the prime location in downtown Ouray. You can easily explore all the attractions and shops within walking distance. The historic nature of the building gives it a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and provides great service, ensuring your stay is comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained and have a very comfy bed, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast served, which was a convenient and delicious way to start the day.

The view from the windows was the best aspect of our stay. We were able to see the beautiful city from the room while having our breakfast. The updated decor in the room was also a nice touch. The mattress was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.

There was no elevator available and we had to climb up so many stairs, especially for my partner who has bad knees. We also expected better service as there was no receptionist and it was hard to get more towels whenever we needed them.
