Lovely resort but noise from unit upstairs was disruptive. Ground floor unit clean but lacked privacy. Enjoyed mini golf and nearby amenities.

I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer in our suite, although the neighbors' cooking smells were unpleasant. The beautiful grounds made up for the dirty carpets and 'hard sell' tactics. Despite check-in delays, our previous stay, fully equipped 2-bedroom suite, and convenient location near attractions made our visit enjoyable.

The Historic Powhatan Resort truly brought the colonial history to life with its beautifully restored Manor House and the well-maintained colonial setting. The room we stayed in was a spacious apartment-style suite equipped with modern amenities, including a washer and dryer, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. The friendly staff was always quick to respond to any questions or requests, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

The communication between the guest services and maintenance team was lacking during our stay. It took numerous calls and hours of waiting to get the balcony cleared of spider webs and address a refrigerator issue, impacting our overall experience.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children of the staff in helping seniors with luggage and navigating the larger resort grounds.

Me and my pals had a blast at the resort's outdoor swimming pools and playground. We also had a super intense tennis tournament - made us feel like pros! The mini golf had us in stitches trying to get that hole in one. It was totally lit!
