Great customer service, especially from McKenzie and Chris at the front desk. They were professional, empathetic, and resolved any issues we had. the hotel itself was fine, and we found a way into the parking lot after a bit of confusion. the bar and restaurant were nice amenities.

We were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not complimentary and had an additional charge of $12 per person. the hotel did not inform us at check, in, and we had to inquire about it ourselves.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Amarillo for a medical visit for my child. It was the best place I have stayed at as I traveled from Odessa. The bed was perfectly firm, the bathroom spacious and well lit, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The TV had a great picture and the refrigerator was cold. The well-stocked Keurig coffee machine was a nice touch. The hotel is fairly new and the hallway carpeting was beautiful. Despite being placed at the end of the hall, we heard no noise from other guests, making it feel like we had the place to ourselves. My daughter enjoyed the pool, which helped her relax after a long day at the doctor.

The staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing! The front desk went out of their way to accommodate my family, especially my kids. They were so understanding when our room didn't have a bathtub and quickly moved us to a different room with one. The kids were thrilled! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained and perfect for the kids to swim in. our stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to others.
