The location is perfect for events at the Georgia Theater, restaurants, and shops downtown. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant and bar were nice amenities. The WiFi in the room was reliable and the bathroom was spacious.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its close proximity to Athens downtown. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated that the hotel offered basic amenities such as free parking and a view from the room.

This hotel has a fantastic location, being in the heart of the town, close to UGA campus and within walking distance of everything. Not only that, it was reasonably priced and the staff were attentive to our needs. Our room had 2 queen beds, which was perfect for us.

The breakfast was not included, which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food. the service was also top-notch, with attentive staff members taking care of the guests. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy walking access to downtown and the university campus. Additionally, the secure and closely monitored parking lot provided peace of mind.

The Thanksgiving buffet at the hotel was a disappointment. the service was poor, with long wait times for drinks and minimal attention from the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with everything in walking distance, from the shops to the event at the Georgia Theater that we were there to see. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was a great perk, with a server bringing your drink and included in the room fee.

Located near the heart of the city, it's a great base to explore Athens. The North tower offers great views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The parking area is too far from the rooms, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage.

Friendly and accommodating staff made my stay enjoyable. They quickly addressed a noise issue, gave me a room upgrade, and even provided a discount and free breakfast. The Executive Tower was much nicer than the North Tower. I highly recommend this hotel.
