The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of USB outlets. The hotel had a great location, with nearby parking and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including an in-house bar and coffee bar, and a delicious breakfast.

The room was close to the elevators yet still quiet, with no noise from nearby rooms or outside. The suites were spacious and well-cleaned. The hotel had a pool and hot tub, which were a great bonus. Additionally, I was able to bring my dogs along.

The room itself was tidy and comfortable. Laura, who worked in the café, provided excellent service and was very helpful. it was a pleasant stay.

I had an unexpected change in plans and needed a last-minute stay in Boise. Despite not being able to get the room I initially requested, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the 2Q suite. The high ceilings made the room feel even larger and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The best part was the shower, which was the best one I had experienced in two weeks of traveling. Even my husband, who is usually picky about beds and pillows, slept better here than at home. I definitely plan on staying at this Holiday Inn again when I pass through Boise.
