The recent renovations were appreciated, making for a different experience compared to previous stays. the hotel's fitness room was great and had a variety of equipment to choose from. the breakfast buffet provided good food and the service was satisfactory.

The walls of the rooms were extremely thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard. the pool was closed for the entire weekend due to repairs, which was disappointing.

Impressive service recovery at Holiday Inn! When my car broke down in Bridgeport, the front desk staff was quick to help by holding our luggage and arranging a shuttle to the mechanic. They even retrieved my charger I left behind with a smile! The room was clean and spacious, and the dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious. I'll recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

the location was absolutely perfect for my needs. Being just a short walk from the Metro North train station and having a local bus stop right outside the hotel made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The room itself was exactly what I expected, with no surprises or discrepancies from the website description. The staff were all exceptional, from the friendly front desk to the wonderful people working in the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, despite a slight hiccup with the buffet being unavailable, the omelet buffet that was provided was absolutely phenomenal. my experience at this hotel was outstanding.

The location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the train station and close to the ferry. The in-house restaurant, although closed until 4pm, had great options and the waitstaff was excellent. The basic amenities provided, such as the comfortable beds with four pillows per bed and breakfast included, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast included is a real treat, with a variety of options to choose from, served by friendly waitstaff.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn in Bridgeport. The hotel was clean, quiet, and newly refurbished. The beds were comfortable and the separate sink in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast offered at the hotel was phenomenal. I also appreciated the convenient location, being close to shops, restaurants, museums, and events in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The staff provided a fun and enjoyable check-in experience, and dinner at the hotel was excellent. The shower had a full-flow shower head, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was great, just a 2 to 3 minute walk from the train station and close to restaurants, banks, and the Webster Bank Arena. The facility was clean and centrally located, making it easy to explore the city.

The convenience of the hotel's location to the Amphitheater made attending the show a breeze. The comfortable beds and clean room made for a pleasant stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Kate in the bar and the reception and shuttle drivers. I would definitely stay here again.
