The breakfast staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. All of the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was located in an excellent spot, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the interstate and Football Hall of Fame. Breakfast was totally enjoyable. We both purchased the buffet and each had a made-to-order omelette made absolutely perfect by "Walter". Our waitress was Wendy, and she was just the most friendly person. The decor in all the common areas is lovely.

We enjoyed the room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities and the sitting area. The bar/lounge area and restaurant were great too, and we loved the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

The hotel is in the center of everything, with easy access to major interstates. It is near everything you can think of, and only a short distance to CAK airport. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the facilities are impressive. The breakfast buffet is absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Walter and Wendy, were friendly and provided excellent service.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options. Conveniently close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which was the main reason for our visit. The breakfast staff was amazing and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Our room had a few issues, including a damp carpet and cigarette smell, but the hotel promptly moved us to a different room. However, the second room had a running toilet and a broken latch on the door.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve stay and party at the Holiday Inn. The recently remodeled hotel was stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms and friendly staff. Room 367 was quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We enjoyed a delicious buffet before the party, where DJ Sandy played a great mix of music for dancing. We had a blast and even made new friends at our table. The breakfast the next morning was also impressive, with a wide variety of options and excellent service from the waitstaff. it was a very happy night and we would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has great value for money since it's located near a mall and many restaurants, making it easy to get around Canton. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The free breakfast has many options and is perfect to start a new day.

Some guests were not happy with the breakfast included in the package.
