The value for money at this hotel was excellent for my requirements. It was close to shops, restaurants, and only 15 minutes from my work location. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and downtown. I appreciated that the hotel was set back from the main road, providing a quiet and peaceful environment. The rooms were spacious and updated, with convenient amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The sleek and modern decor gave the hotel a fresh and appealing ambience. The breakfast offered was very good and one of the best I have had during my stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is to address the musty smell in some of the rooms.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Charlottesville. We were initially faced with a minor reservation issue, but the staff quickly resolved it and even upgraded us to a suite without any extra charge. The breakfast provided was delicious and we were given free breakfast vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. Despite the limitations imposed by local authorities and ongoing remodeling, the hotel staff were extremely friendly, considerate, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety.

The hotel had some positive aspects. the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. Secondly, the hotel had a great location. It was conveniently located near major highways and within driving distance of downtown. Lastly, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice convenience.

There were also some negative aspects. The lobby was outdated and left a lot to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely wonderful, always greeting me with a warm smile and making me feel at home. The location was perfect, close to the hospital where I needed to be for my mom's appointments. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and shiny indoor pool, great room service, and a wonderful bar. The parking was ample and convenient, with a generous driveway and parking areas. I also appreciated the sweet bellhop who always greeted me, even at 2:00 in the morning. this hotel made my stay in this city incredibly enjoyable.
