We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and overlooking the scenic riverfront. We were able to easily explore downtown and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere without all the noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We were also impressed by the hotel's atrium, which had a cool and inviting atmosphere. The fact that there were many families around added to the friendly vibe of the place. we were thoroughly impressed with our experience here.

I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for me, right in the center of all the action and with stunning views of the riverfront. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and in-room Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The restaurant and bar area were great, and I loved the 24-hour reception for late check-ins.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the AC not working properly, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza River North! The pool and hot tub facilities were perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

As a young family, we loved the accommodating staff, especially in the lounge/bar area. Ant Man and the rest of the team were engaging and conscientious. The greeter, Robert, was a gem - always welcoming guests with a smile and offering assistance. The exercise/workout facility on the 16th floor was a great addition to our stay. And of course, the outstanding Groupon deal we got in January was the reason we chose this hotel!

You can find a plethora of restaurants near the loop, and it's just a short walk to the Magnificent Mile along the riverfront. The rooms are impeccably clean and come with all the necessary amenities. The stunning view of the city will leave you mesmerized. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Start your day off right with the delicious and varied breakfast.
