The outdoor pool was great, perfect for young people. The rooms were nice and had useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The staff, especially George and Billy, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the purple line and downtown was convenient. Also, the nearby restaurants like Golden Olympic and Patisserie Coralie were fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Its location near the purple line station on the CTA made it the perfect area for exploring the city. The staff, including the restaurant manager on shift, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the room amenities such as the air conditioning, cable television, and free toiletries enhanced our comfort.

The hotel was clean and undergoing renovations to improve the overall facilities. Despite a minor issue with the shuttle service, the staff members were pleasant and tried their best to assist. Despite the slight inconvenience, I will still recommend this hotel based on its overall positive aspects.

People were great - special shout out to Alsan , front desk mgr Fran and Jamal as well as Reddy, the restaurant server. Bed soft and comfortable, room clean. Gym clean with free headset or earbud. Responsive staff, quick to provide additional upholstered chair and fix tv remote. Outdoor pool enjoyable. Man in hallway very friendly.

Our stay at this hotel couldn't be better! The rates were very affordable and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the CTA Purple Line station. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. The room was clean, comfortable with a wonderful view facing Chicago and the bed was king-sized, so comfy! Breakfast was included in the rate and we really enjoyed it every morning. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were soft and supportive, and we were provided with both firm and soft pillows. Everything in the room worked well, including the TV and the shower. The heating/cooling system was reliable and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and within a 3-mile radius shuttle service. The cleaning lady was amazing, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We also loved the location, as it was close to Northwestern University and convenient for all the activities and people we were visiting in this city. Moreover, it was very walkable to the lake, nightlife, eateries, and grocery stores in town.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Alsan , Fran, Jamal, and Reddy. George took care of a window issue promptly by moving us to a higher floor with a better window. Sam provided attentive service and ensured our parking needs were met. Ideal for visitors of Northwestern University, with a short and pleasant walk through Evanston.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near downtown. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient and allowed us to avoid walking in the cold weather. The shuttle drivers were polite and professional. The room had nice amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and keurig. The workout room was small but not busy, and I was able to use the machines without any issues. The front desk staff was polite and helpful.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and professional. They made sure that all of my needs were met and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was centrally located in a bustling area with easy access to everything I needed. The convenience of having parking attached to the hotel was a major plus as well.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were less than ideal. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with doors slamming and other guests being loud in the hallways.
