My daughter and I recently had an excellent experience during our stay at the Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake. The customer service we received from the front staff, breakfast servers, and room attendants was exceptional. We were impressed by their courtesy and attentiveness. Silvino and the chef at breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early and in a hurry. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and of high quality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, and we enjoyed the beautiful fall colors visible from the glass elevator. The breakfast, although a little expensive, was tasty. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The AC in the room worked well, keeping us cool during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

There were a few maintenance issues that I encountered during my time at the hotel. the coffee machines in both rooms were not functioning, which was disappointing.
