The staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the option to park in a secured ramp was a bonus.

The hotel had some noise issues, with barking dogs and noisy guests running in the halls late at night. Additionally, there was limited parking in the garage and the spaces were quite tight.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Sprint Center where we had tickets for a show. The option to take a shuttle to the location was a pleasant surprise. the staff made us feel right at home, and it was a great experience.

We recently had a wonderful Christmas getaway at a hotel in Kansas City. the hotel was located in a prime area, just a short walk from the popular Country Club Plaza. the proximity to the shops and restaurants made it incredibly convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city. the hotel also had a great pool area, which was a hit with our kids. They loved playing with the pool toys provided, and it was a fantastic way to relax and have fun during our stay.

There were a couple of aspects that were disappointing during our stay. the hallways of the hotel had a musty smell, which was quite off-putting.
