We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were super clean. The furnishings were up to date and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms and a small refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine in the room. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. The breakfast was simple but good, with options like fried eggs, bacon, and toast. The server was attentive and the restaurant was not crowded. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation and training facilities nearby.

The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff was understanding and helpful when I discovered a half-eaten apple in the room. Despite a slight issue with the elevators, the staff quickly resolved it. my stay at Holiday Inn was pleasant and I would recommend it.

This hotel was perfect for us. The location was not too far from Baylor, about a 10-minute drive, which meant that a car would be required to get around. We loved that there were stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to grab essentials or enjoy a meal. The basic amenities were well-prepared for all guests, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was always ready to assist with any needs, and the nice bathroom added to our overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, just like the other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at.

Convenient location to Gothic Theatre, just 12 minutes away! the clean rooms and friendly staff were definitely a plus. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And the delicious breakfast option was a great addition to the stay.

It caused some trouble during check-in, but the desk clerk was nice and we were able to resolve the issue. Also, the room heater in room 449 was a little noisy and could use some maintenance attention.
