Some of the front desk staff lacked knowledge and could improve their customer service skills.

We came here for a romantic getaway and the location was perfect! It was very quiet and peaceful. the room was really clean and the bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. We also liked the fact that there was a fridge and a coffee maker in the room. the price was great for the value we got.

the room smelled stale of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. Breakfast was not what we expected, food was not refilled frequently and there was a limited selection of items.
