The value for our money at the Holiday Inn Express in Versailles was excellent - the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect for easy access to Lexington, and the staff treated us warmly and helped us with their travel points program.

The food for breakfast could have been better - just one thing to improve.

Great value for money, the room was really nice with the exception of the slippery toilet seats. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to hop onto the Bluegrass Parkway the next morning. The staff, particularly Lindsey in the morning, and a small gal who was extra nice, made our stay exceptional.

Breakfast offerings could have been improved by adding bacon to the menu.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold foods, always well-stocked even during busy times. the staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, going the extra mile to assist with any needs. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The lack of towels for all guests was a disappointment, especially when we needed them for showering after dinner. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room for added security.

Lastly, the breakfast was top-notch, with a good selection and lots of variety. I particularly loved the fact that they presented it well and kept everything clean and tidy.

Located conveniently near the airport, this hotel exceeded our expectations with great amenities and service. The spacious rooms were equipped with microwaves, coffee makers, and fridges, adding to our comfort. The set-up provided plenty of space for luggage while still allowing us to use the desk. The cinnamon buns served at breakfast were a hit with everyone, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly. The lighting around the TV added to the decor, adding a nice touch to the room.

The pool seemed to have an issue with algae or something, causing a rash.

We were disappointed with the lack of attention given to the pool, as it needed some maintenance. Additionally, we could hear noise from other guests in the hallways and on the floor above us, which was quite bothersome.
