I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Memphis for a few nights while visiting Graceland. The hotel is conveniently located and offers a free shuttle service to and from the iconic landmark. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the guitar-shaped pool, although the water was a bit chilly. The hotel also had a nearby supermarket, making it convenient for any necessary supplies. a great experience.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was really comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Graceland and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the clean and quiet rooms. The staff, especially Tara, was incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel. They even called us to check if everything was okay and recommended a great place to eat. The amenities were nice, with shampoo from Bath and Body Works that smelled amazing. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV had a great selection of channels. The hotel also had convenient parking and transportation options, with a shuttle to the nearby airport.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. I had an issue with the TV remote not working, but the front desk quickly resolved it for me. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. I would recommend it.

The hotel has a convenient location close to the airport with shops and restaurants in the nearby area. Despite the slightly unsafe area, the gated parking ensured safety for guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with quality soap products provided in the room. The breakfast was delicious, and the guitar shaped pool was pretty cool.

One negative point was the clogged bathtub and dirty drain with hair, which led to a bit of discomfort.

The location is ideal for visiting popular attractions, like Graceland, and there are plenty of great BBQ places nearby. The room was superb, with lovely bed linens and a good TV.

the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the staff was polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the property, including the rooms, was impeccable. the location was convenient, with Graceland just a 15-minute walk away and Beale Street a quick 12-minute drive. the on-site secure parking was an added bonus.

I love the room set up at Holiday Inn Express. the front desk staff, especially a young man named Takeima, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He provided great recommendations for places to eat and was always friendly and helpful. the housekeeper also deserves a shout-out for promptly addressing an issue with our door lock. the maintenance guy was friendly and ensured we had a new room while it was being fixed. the general manager, Tina Minor, was pleasant and took the time to chat with us by the pool. the customer service at this hotel is awesome!

We spent Christmas at a hotel near Graceland and we had a great time. the room was big, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the staff was friendly. We had two complementary drinks at the hotel bar which was a nice surprise. It was also in a great location, close to the interstate and only a short drive to attractions. Best of all, the staff was very welcoming to my husband and me as a same-sex couple, which made us feel very comfortable.
