Traveling to visit my 1st grandchild, I chose Holiday Inn Express for its reliability. The staff was outstanding, rooms clean, and the shuttle service was a lifesaver for exploring the town. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms made for a pleasant stay. Although the breakfast lacked hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter, and fresh cut fruit, it still met our expectations. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of stores nearby. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was outstanding. We had Lesther as our shuttle driver and he made us feel like VIPs. He took us to all our destinations, including the memorial service we were attending, dinner, and even the cancer walk the next morning. It was a personal and convenient experience, much better than using Uber.
