The customer service representative at the front desk was amazing, providing us with helpful information and making us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Traveling to visit my 1st grandchild, I chose Holiday Inn Express for its reliability. The staff was outstanding, rooms clean, and the shuttle service was a lifesaver for exploring the town. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms made for a pleasant stay. Although the breakfast lacked hard-boiled eggs, peanut butter, and fresh cut fruit, it still met our expectations. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of stores nearby. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The breakfast served was tasty, and the room itself was clean and fresh-smelling.

We felt safe walking at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was outstanding. We had Lesther as our shuttle driver and he made us feel like VIPs. He took us to all our destinations, including the memorial service we were attending, dinner, and even the cancer walk the next morning. It was a personal and convenient experience, much better than using Uber.

The hotel's setup with the connected Crown Plaza was awkward, having to walk through their lobby to access the parking garage and pool area. the shared pool with the other hotel was small and often booked due to events.
