The Holiday Inn Express Birch Run-Frankenmuth Area exceeded our expectations as a family-friendly hotel. The comfortable beds and actual TV channels were a pleasant surprise. We loved the neat pancake making machine during breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's cleanliness, beautiful appearance, and perfect location made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to attend an event at The Black Forest, only a few minutes away. we were truly impressed and would choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel had a great location, close to the outlet mall and conveniently near the I75 expressway. The morning meal was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was top-notch.

As a backpacker, I found the Holiday Inn Express in Birch Run to be a great choice for my stay. The room was super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff handled the breakfast situation exceptionally well given the current circumstances. The hot items included in the breakfast, such as eggs and sausage, were delicious. The pool and hot tub were also clean, providing a relaxing experience after a long day. The location, close to the highway and neighboring Frankenmuth, was convenient for exploring the area.

As a budget traveler, I was delighted with the contemporary look of the newly updated Database Room. The chaise lounge was a refreshing change from the typical uncomfortable chair found in most hotels, and the additional swing-over table provided a convenient workspace. The room had ample space for luggage and was equipped with three huge hooks for hanging coats and hats, along with a separate closet. The bathroom was well-lit and had plenty of counter space. The attention to design and thoughtfulness of the room layout was evident.

I felt most welcome during my stay and have no complaints to mention.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and truly made our stay great. Lacy and the rest of the staff were friendly and super helpful throughout our visit. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience.

One of the downsides of our stay was the ongoing construction in the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient to navigate through the construction equipment and supplies.
