The elevator had an unpleasant smell and trash was ignored for days!!! The parking lot was dangerously icy and poorly maintained. Room maintenance was lacking, with empty soap dispensers and faulty remote controls!!!

The suite was comfortable with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. Loved the spacious seating area and the convenience of a microwave and fridge. Enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool. The breakfast was served warm with plenty of options. Overall a clean spot with good amenities.

The breakfast options included golden malted waffles, which were a nice treat, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained, making it enjoyable for a family stay. However, the pancake maker was out of order, and some noise from the nearby highway could occasionally be heard in the room. While the staff was friendly and the location convenient, the room's heater presented a minor issue that needed attention. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and modern, despite the few drawbacks.

The breakfast area was huge and had awesome variety (loved the omelets! ), staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with great decor, mini fridge was a plus. Very close to grocery stores for other meals too.

The room was super clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated. The bed was comfy too, made for a good night's sleep. I did have an issue with the heater on my first stay, but they fixed it after I mentioned it. No major complaints—just made sure to check for everything upon checking in. Breakfast had enough options, but the pancake machine was down, and on my second stay, the tub wouldn’t drain well. Still, I’d stay again since it’s close to the college!
