I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Collins Road for a business trip, and the staff was exceptional. the backyard area with grills was perfect for relaxing in the evening. the room was spotless with great window shades and a fantastic shower. the comfortable beds and delicious breakfast, including a fun pancake machine, were highlights of my stay.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I always return here for a stress-free stay. First visit, staff gave great travel tips. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry, & fitness centre. They’ve got an indoor pool too. It's got all I want. Coming back for a holiday.

Holiday Inn Express in Cedar Rapids provided a clean room with soft, fluffy towels, and excellent service. the staff was helpful and accommodating, addressing our needs promptly. the convenient location and good breakfast added to a pleasant stay.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right across an awesome park and near several restaurants. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge and a Keurig. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was substantial, with scrambled eggs and delicious cinnamon rolls. We even enjoyed a nice view from our room overlooking the business parking lot. The hotel also had a fitness center with treadmills. Neg: The dining room for breakfast was a bit crowded, but it didn't dampen our overall great experience.

The breakfast provided was satisfying and offered a good variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city and nearby attractions. the staff was welcoming and friendly during check-in.

The room was not properly cleaned and maintained. There was a buildup of residue on the shelf in the bathroom that was not attended to.

The rooms have been recently renovated and are lovely. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and our request for a lower floor was honored. The location of our room was perfect. The breakfast bar offered a great variety of food choices, with especially good scrambled eggs. The lady taking care of the bar was friendly and attentive.
