The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options to satisfy everyone. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel like a priority even during a busy time. The indoor hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cheney and had a great experience. The location was perfect for my needs, with a small strip mall across the street that had everything I needed, including a Safeway and Starbucks. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service for local trips, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and the manager, Dustin, was exceptionally helpful and professional when I had a minor billing issue. The new beds were comfortable and the free breakfast had a great selection of hot cooked food. I also appreciated the availability of wifi and the efficient air conditioning unit. I had a clean and comfortable stay at the hotel.

There were a few drawbacks, with the noise from the nearby train line being a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, the in-room coffee supplies were a bit skimpy, but since the breakfast buffet was so good, it wasn't a big issue.

When there was a mix-up with our reservation, Autumn handled it swiftly and with great professionalism. The housekeeping staff provided helpful tips about the area, and the breakfast attendant was friendly and always kept the breakfast bar stocked. The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. We also appreciated the availability of amenities like the pool and hot tub. we had a comfortable and cozy stay at this hotel. Despite a minor issue with the coffee in the breakfast room, Destiny at the front desk quickly resolved the problem. The manager even personally called to apologize and assure us that the coffee would be better. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated. We also experienced excellent service from Dustin, the manager, who quickly resolved a minor billing issue to our benefit. The hotel's proximity to Eastern Washington University and the nearby strip mall were added bonuses. Although there were some noise issues, such as the nearby train line and thin walls, it didn't significantly impact our sleep. The only other minor inconveniences were the lack of cash payment option for snacks and the absence of USB ports near the bed. Despite these drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. our stay was enjoyable and we would happily stay here again.
