We were delighted with our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Heath - Newark, An Ihg. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by opening the breakfast room early so we could grab a meal before our long drive. The breakfast selection was tempting and delicious. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff was truly welcoming and attentive. We've already booked our next visit because of our positive experience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a pleasant night's sleep. The pillows were also great, unlike most hotel pillows. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to many stores and convenient for shopping. Another advantage was the hot breakfast offered by the hotel, which was a definite plus.

One of the downsides was the flashing light on the fire alarm that kept us awake all night. It lit up the room and drove us crazy.

The hotel was clean with wide common areas and beautifully carpeted stairways. The breakfast provided was delicious and generous, with options ranging from fresh eggs and bacon to cereal and fruit. The staff was kind and efficient, making our stay as tired travelers a great experience. The hotel room was a good size, clean, and ready upon arrival. The location is easily accessible from I-70, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room had automatic roll-down curtains and a quiet A/C, and the internet was fast enough for streaming.

On a positive note, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was a welcome relief after the various issues we encountered. The location of the hotel was also convenient, easily accessible from the I-70 highway. Lastly, the hotel staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The hot water was not working during our stay, which was extremely frustrating, especially with young kids who needed showers. Additionally, the pool was not filled and we were not informed of this beforehand.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We were on a road trip to Atlanta and needed a place to rest. The hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and excellent hot breakfast made our stay enjoyable. I loved the whisper-quiet toilet seats. The staff, especially Ace, were amazing and the service was top-notch. They even opened the breakfast room early for us and offered to-go boxes. The staff made us feel welcome and attentive. I highly recommend this lovely hotel with its wonderful staff.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Newark for a rehearsal and dinner. The brand new hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean and spacious rooms, along with the comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, and Taylor at the front desk was not only welcoming but also friendly and professional. The entire staff was attentive and made me feel valued throughout my entire stay. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
