The beds and bedding were super comfy, and the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel's location was very close to Drake University and to where we needed to be for an event. Parking was close, although there was a lot of snow which made for some interesting parking. There were plenty of eating choices close by, which was convenient for us.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a business conference and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and the location was ideal, surrounded by great restaurants. It was also conveniently close to the event venue, so we could walk there. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was fantastic. In the morning, there was a nice variety of breakfast options to choose from.

The hotel had a spacious and immaculately clean room, which was perfect for my one-night stay. the bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. the complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items, including a tasty no carb option. And the location was fantastic, with plenty of dining choices nearby, including gourmet pizza and craft beer on tap.

There was only one computer for guest use, which was not very private as it was located in front of the reception area. Additionally, the breakfast space was too close to the reception area, making it uncomfortable with the intense traffic of harried guests coming in and out of the entrance.
