The staff at this hotel was great - very friendly and helpful. The building itself appeared clean and comfortable, and our room was quiet despite the downtown location. The bed was nice and provided a comfortable night's sleep.

The complimentary shuttle service was a convenient perk, allowing guests to dine and drink without worrying about driving. The ongoing lobby construction did not affect the overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Flint for a short business trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby food options and the fantastic Flint Art Institute just a stone's throw away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly responsive and showed genuine care for their guests. The room was spotless, with crisp, comfortable sheets and a cozy bed. The bathroom, as well as the refrigerator and microwave, were all clean and in perfect working order. The only thing missing was some water in the room fridge, but aside from that, it was an excellent stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh sheets and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location was perfect, with many stores and restaurants nearby. I felt safe throughout my stay as the hotel was in a very safe area, close to the police station.

The check-in/out staff and shuttle driver were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. The accessible room was well equipped and had everything we needed. The hotel's proximity to the University of Michigan and the airport was very convenient, and we appreciated the shuttle bus service they provided. The staff went above and beyond, offering to take us downtown as well. Everyone was polite, helpful, and eager to make our stay comfortable. They even anticipated our needs, providing extra pillows and free bottled water.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for two nights while visiting the University of Michigan. The hotel's proximity to the university and the airport was incredibly convenient, especially with the shuttle bus service they provided. Not only did they offer transportation to and from the airport and university, but they even gave us the option to use the shuttle bus to go downtown, which saved us money. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra pillows without us even having to ask and ensuring the room was spotless. They truly anticipated our needs and were incredibly accommodating.
