As business travelers, we appreciated the efficient check-in process and the friendly desk person. The facility and room were spotlessly clean, and the towels and sheets were soft and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep with its fluffy pillows, and there was plenty of storage space in the room. The pool was a nice feature, and the shower was of high quality, comparable to what you would find in a more expensive hotel. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices available.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Elko for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and updated, with beautiful views of the mountains. I particularly enjoyed the separate area for the fridge and microwave, like a mini kitchenette. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of egg options, bacon, sausages, oatmeal. The hotel was well-run and I would definitely recommend it to others.
