Spent a night there and the beds were really comfy, made it hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast they had was really nice, not just stale muffins but hot foods too, I actually enjoyed it.

Wasn’t the cheapest place, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get up. Breakfast was nice, with a variety of hot foods including biscuits and gravy. I found the location convenient, close to many restaurants. The staff was accommodating, allowing an early check-in for our concert. Plenty of parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Altoona-Des Moines! The beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby! Plus, the breakfast was awesome with a pancake machine and other hot foods like biscuits and gravy. The location was perfect, right off the interstate and close to great restaurants, including a Dan's and the amusement park. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, which made my experience even better.

The pool was being used by a noisy baseball team.

My family and I stayed one night, and we faced quite a bit of inconvenience. The breakfast area was chaotic. the employee seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. We also encountered a situation where burnt popcorn filled the hallway, and there was no immediate offer to move us to a different room, even though the smell was overpowering. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed with the experience.

But goodness, the noise from above at midnight? I thought my room was a trampoline park! Next time, I’ll pack earplugs and a sense of humor.
