I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a central location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service. The facility was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The room was clean, fresh, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a hot buffet with a variety of delicious options. The hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The bedding was comfortable and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had good water pressure and the patio was a nice place to relax. No negative aspects mentioned.

During my stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean, with a sparkling white room and a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, such as biscuits, eggs, cinnamon rolls, and more. the staff was helpful, providing local recommendations and information about the area.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location was also very convenient, as it was close to the places we wanted to visit.

Disliked/Worst aspects: However, there were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. the location is central to major transit routes and shopping, but was also quiet. the facility was clean, well-designed, quiet, and comfortable.

We stayed in a room on the first floor near the outside door, and the noise from people coming and going through the door was very disruptive. Additionally, the lack of space for toiletries in the handicapped room was a problem.

Best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed in. There was a wide variety of options and plenty of food, even close to closing time. the patio out back was a great place to relax in the evenings. the shower had a fantastic shower head with hot water and good water pressure.

The bathroom was dimly lit, even though all the bulbs were working. the breakfast room had some repairs on the ceiling that looked poorly done.

Clean room, spacious with 2 queen beds. Comfortable and big bathroom with walk-in shower. Good breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls. We will return.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet during the night. the hotel had a convenient location, close to the high school field house. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious with a walk-in shower, and the breakfast offered a variety of options including amazing cinnamon rolls.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the air conditioner in the room was stuck on eco saver mode, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff, especially Amber at the front desk, were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been better by offering a wider variety of hot items.

Great Stay! the room was clean, fresh, and sparkling white. the bed and pillows were super comfortable! the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. the breakfast was a hot buffet with a wide variety of options like eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal, toast. There was also an inside pool and hot tub next to the gym. a highly recommended stay!

There were a few things that I didn't like about my experience. the reservation mix-up was very frustrating.
