Great Stopover Location: This hotel is conveniently located halfway between Santa Fe and San Antonio, making it a perfect spot to break up a long drive. It offers a much-needed respite during the journey.

Inconsistent Service: Some guests experienced poor customer service at the front desk, with staff members being rude, unhelpful, and lacking empathy. This is not the kind of service one expects, especially when dealing with reservation issues.
