Friendly staff, clean room and lobby. Convenient location. Helpful in finding a different room.

The hotel was relatively new and had nice decor. the room was large, clean, and comfortable despite the outside temperature. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, our first room had not been cleaned and still had the previous guest's beer bottles. We were then given a different room, but it was a smoking room even though we had requested non-smoking.

During our stay, we asked the front desk clerk for a nearby cafeteria, and she suggested one in the shopping center across the street. The location was extremely convenient, and we ended up having a great lunch there. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was superb, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

We did experience some disruptions during our stay due to noises from other guests. Despite that, our overall experience at the hotel was positive, and we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Pleasant Surprise!

We stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent water supply in the shower. Unlike many hotels, the water pressure was strong and invigorating, making for an enjoyable shower experience. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great experience during my recent two-night stay at the Best Western Plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. Although the carpet and mattresses could use an update, they were still acceptable for my needs. I did notice a few cosmetic blemishes, like a small tear in the carpet, a torn lampshade, and a small hole in the wall, but they didn't diminish my overall satisfaction.

Our group of friends had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus in Brownwood, Texas. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and two TVs. We also enjoyed the nice lounge chairs by the pool.

This hotel offered luxurious amenities like an outdoor swimming pool and exclusive leisure/TV room. the service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and had exclusive private facilities. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options. We loved the location advantages, it was close to many local shops and restaurants.

There was a minor issue with the treadmill not working properly.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in Brownwood for a quick overnight trip. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the little goodies in the bathroom and the Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast had a great variety of options, with my husband loving the pancake maker and me enjoying all the breakfast food to choose from. it was a wonderful stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, AC was good and quiet, mini fridge was convenient, plenty of very hot water, great shower head, extra towels provided.

The hotel had great cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, enjoyable pool area, and delicious breakfast. Happy to stay there again if we ever get back to that area.
