I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious with a separate living area and two TVs. The king-sized bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the small fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee counter. The complementary breakfast had a variety of options, including cheese omelets, pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls. The server, Alisha, was amazing and made our dining experience even better. Check-out was quick and easy. I was very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a helpful front desk staff who assisted us when we had to cut our stay short due to a family issue. the breakfast offered at the hotel was wonderful and the lady who monitored the area was very nice. Additionally, the spa tub provided in the room was absolutely amazing, offering a relaxing experience after a long day.

The location of the hotel was not as advertised. Despite being described as having views of Palo Duro Canyon, the only view we had was of a Dollar General across the street.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for visiting Palo Duro Canyon and it was convenient to the Panhandle Plains Museum. Plus, it was in close proximity to the University where I attended a career fair. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, from the rooms to the pool and hot tub. The breakfast had a delicious variety of choices, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel had good parking and was not far from downtown restaurants and WTAMU, making transportation easy.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for our visit to Palo Duro and it was the perfect jumping off point. The hot breakfast was fantastic with options for every dietary need. The variety of protein options was especially appreciated by my diabetic husband. The maids came every day to clean and restock our room, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Alicia went above and beyond to help us jump-start our car when we had a dead battery. The location was great and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a New Year's stay! the rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. the location was perfect, just a short drive from Palo Duro Canyon. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, including sausage, biscuits, pancakes, and omelets.

The hotel could benefit from renovation as certain areas, like the carpet, had a musty smell. the room was a bit cramped for a family with two kids.
