The hotel was fairly up-to-date and easy to find. There were many services and places to eat nearby.

The hotel was full of workers during our stay, which resulted in a crowded parking lot and dirty hallways. the breakfast staff did not interact with guests and the front desk staff were not very attentive.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and well-designed. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with kindness and went out of their way to help us.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making our late arrival a breeze. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spotless bathroom and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, which were clean and open until 11:00 p.m. the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a hot and delicious selection. We also appreciated the 24-hour gym, allowing us to fit in a workout whenever we wanted.

We had a negative experience with the front desk clerk, who seemed disinterested and distracted by personal matters. In addition, there was an issue with a guest's truck blocking the entrance, making it difficult for us to park and unload our luggage.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Carlsbad for a weekend getaway. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family. The breakfast was delicious and the pool and spa provided great entertainment. The lobby was tidy and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety of options. We had a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed and the shower was hot with good water pressure. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the renovations taking place during our stay, the temporary registration desk was efficient. The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable, with a cozy mattress and pillows. The hotel also offered a convenient exercise room, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we could swap our room key for a 24-hour guest pass at a nearby location. our stay here was enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable stay with all the amenities I needed. the hotel's proximity to chain restaurants and a small mall was convenient. the room was quiet and I had a great night's sleep. the breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory, especially for someone on a road trip. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I was disappointed to discover that the hotel was undergoing a renovation during my stay. the first floor was completely closed off, causing inconvenience.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Carlsbad. The food was delicious, the beds were comfy, and the room was clean. Although there were some construction going on during our stay, it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring most of the time. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
