Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. We loved the comfortable bed and the powerful hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was delicious and changed daily, with a special mention to the pancake maker that we found fun. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore this city. We will definitely be returning soon!

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room, complete with nice amenities like a mini kitchenette and full-size ironing board. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Teena who went above and beyond to give us dining and activity suggestions in Charleston.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by implementing stricter mask-wearing and hygiene protocols in the dining area.

Had a decent night's sleep after a long drive. Beds were comfortable and provided a great rest. Breakfast options were good, especially the scrambled eggs and smoothies. Service was satisfactory.

The room temperature was uncontrollable and the buttons on the HVAC unit didn't work. No vents in the bathroom led to a steamy room at night.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Charleston. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh choices and a hot buffet. It exceeded my expectations, going beyond the typically limited options of pastries and cold cereal.

I must admit that there were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not as effective as I had hoped, even when set to the highest cooling level.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was definitely worth the money. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with perfect beddings. The hotel's location was great, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, always greeting us with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Room located next to a side entrance door that kept slamming, disturbing sleep. Noise from guests above who started running and walking loudly early in the morning.
