This stay was great! We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was nice and the blackout curtains were a welcome sight. The location is excellent, just off of Interstate 85 and minutes away from all the shopping and dining options you could want. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The complimentary Dove toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold options. a fantastic experience.

I got great value for my money with a clean room and a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel's location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions. The staff, especially Anthony and Toby, were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

I recently stayed at a well-located hotel near Z-Max Raceway for a few nights. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional comfort of the bed. The staff was friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was very nice, with plenty of amenities nearby. The shower was fantastic, with great water pressure, and the breakfast served at the hotel was one of the best I've had. a satisfying experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the hotel was during my stay. As someone with dust mite allergies, cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me, and I was pleased to find no traces of dust in my room. I also appreciated the recent remodeling, as everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The comfortable king-sized bed was a highlight, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for shopping and attending events at PNC. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, and the dryer in the laundry room was not functioning properly, causing a inconvenience when trying to dry our laundry.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Concord. The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to assist me. Todd at the front desk was friendly and even printed directions to a local restaurant he recommended. When I needed a luggage cart, the kind lady at the front desk promptly brought one to my room. It was the type of exceptional service that is rare to find. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
