This stay was great! We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The staff was nice and the blackout curtains were a welcome sight. The location is excellent, just off of Interstate 85 and minutes away from all the shopping and dining options you could want. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The complimentary Dove toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold options. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is perfect for those taking off early! It has a great location, just off Interstate 85 and near Concord Mills and various dining and shopping options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with incredibly comfortable beds. The high water pressure in the shower is a great bonus, as well as the complimentary Dove toiletries provided. The breakfast spread is delicious and has a good variety of hot and cold items. a fantastic experience!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just off Interstate 85 and close to Concord Mills Mall and plenty of restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the beds were some of the best I've slept on while traveling. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and they provided complimentary Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. it was an excellent experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet the hotel was during my stay. As someone with dust mite allergies, cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me, and I was pleased to find no traces of dust in my room. I also appreciated the recent remodeling, as everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The comfortable king-sized bed was a highlight, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for shopping and attending events at PNC. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming, and the dryer in the laundry room was not functioning properly, causing a inconvenience when trying to dry our laundry.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Concord. The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to assist me. Todd at the front desk was friendly and even printed directions to a local restaurant he recommended. When I needed a luggage cart, the kind lady at the front desk promptly brought one to my room. It was the type of exceptional service that is rare to find. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
