holiday inn express in clifton park exceeded my expectations during this skiing trip. the staff was exceptional, the check-in/check-out was smooth, and the breakfast options were great. the location was convenient and the room was comfortable with plenty of sitting areas. overall, a fantastic stay.

noisy surroundings

The accommodations at this hotel were excellent. the room was in excellent condition, fresh, and had all the amenities we needed. the free breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of hot items and delicious pancakes made right in front of you. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient, being only 17 miles from our destination and close to a bar/restaurant.

There were no major negatives about our stay at this hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and the extra firm mattress made for a restful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection. we highly recommend this hotel for its value and quality.

Check-in wait was frustrating.

The bathroom was spotless and had a spa-like ambiance. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and they even provided doggie bags for us to take some food on our journey back home. The dining area was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The front desk girl was incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern facilities. The hotel's convenient location right off the Northway made it easy to access. The complimentary breakfast, although not fancy, offered a decent selection. the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The outdated chairs in the room were uncomfortable, and one had a noticeable stain.

There were also convenient food and beverage delivery options, as well as a restaurant nearby featuring live music. The pool was just the right size for the kids to enjoy and feel relaxed. The location was perfect, close to the Saratoga Racetrack and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and stores without the usual crowds. I must mention Chase and Celeste at the front desk, who were helpful, cheerful, and added a personal touch to my stay. They truly deserve an Apple Award! this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a weekend getaway with my sons to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff was friendly and even gave my sons chips upon check-in, which was a nice gesture. The hotel was quiet and close to the interstate. The bathroom was clean and looked like a spa. The breakfast area was sparkling clean and they even provided doggie bags to take some food for the ride home. The room was spacious and the pool was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel also has a workout room, although it could use some maintenance. it's a great value for budget travelers.

One downside is that the workout room equipment needs some maintenance, with noisy treadmill and unbalanced elliptical machines.
