The accommodations at this hotel were excellent. the room was in excellent condition, fresh, and had all the amenities we needed. the free breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of hot items and delicious pancakes made right in front of you. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient, being only 17 miles from our destination and close to a bar/restaurant.

There were no major negatives about our stay at this hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in/check-out process was incredibly smooth and quick, even with other guests ahead of me. The staff was exceptional, always attentive, pleasant, and eager to help, regardless of their age or years of experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating options to relax. The TV was a decent size and perfectly placed for viewing from different areas of the room. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including accommodations for different dietary needs. There were also convenient food and beverage delivery options, as well as a restaurant nearby featuring live music. The pool was just the right size for the kids to enjoy and feel relaxed. The location was perfect, close to the Saratoga Racetrack and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and stores without the usual crowds. I must mention Chase and Celeste at the front desk, who were helpful, cheerful, and added a personal touch to my stay. They truly deserve an Apple Award! this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a weekend getaway with my sons to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff was friendly and even gave my sons chips upon check-in, which was a nice gesture. The hotel was quiet and close to the interstate. The bathroom was clean and looked like a spa. The breakfast area was sparkling clean and they even provided doggie bags to take some food for the ride home. The room was spacious and the pool was enjoyable. Highly recommended!
