The hotel had a handicap, accessible room for my mother and an adjoining room for me. the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had mini, fridges and microwaves. the location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent service.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned, with black hairs scattered all over it.

During our stay, we had to change a light bulb in our room, but it wasn't a big deal as we were able to handle it ourselves. the hotel couldn't accommodate an early check-in, but luckily we had some time to spare.
