The hotel had a handicap-accessible room for my mother and an adjoining room for me. This setup made it convenient for us to have privacy while still being able to check up on each other. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had mini-fridges and microwaves. The location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent service.

The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned, with black hairs scattered all over it. I had to wear shoes to avoid stepping on them.
