The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms that were perfect for our group. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The extended pool and exercise room hours were a great bonus, especially for our young adults and children.

The breakfast had a great selection of items, but could have been improved with fresher pastries.

The location of this hotel, near a river and in a fairly remote area close to our friend's farm, was perfect for us. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Douglas for a weekend getaway with friends. The front desk staff and morning breakfast staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition to our stay. We will definitely be back whenever we visit our friend's farm in Burlington. Had free breakfast and indoor pool. Room was clean with mini fridge and microwave. the location allowed us to get around town easily because it was close to everything.

Had a terrible Easter at this hotel as the staff was not accommodating and the room was cramped. the price was not worth it for the quality and there was no hot tub available.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Douglas and had a fantastic experience. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly found me a room even though I didn't have a reservation and even gave me some great dinner recommendations. Secondly, the room itself was impeccable. It was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, and the shower was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel had all the amenities I needed, like a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had a variety of hot dishes and even pancakes! this hotel provided great value for money and I highly recommend it.
