Great breakfast options. Convenient location for exploring. The staff went above and beyond to assist and make us feel welcome, including helping with parking and finding a better spot. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gym. Large and clean room. Walking distance to the University.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in downtown Eugene for a family vacation. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located. Our room was spacious with a couch and table, which was perfect for our family. The room was also cool and refreshing when we arrived, a relief on such a hot day.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the university and with nearby coffee shops and a grocery store. The staff, especially Zach and Devon at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

On arrival, the front desk staff went above and beyond by helping us find a better parking spot when all spaces were taken. The breakfast was well-set up and catered to our needs. The hotel staff, especially Cheryl who took care of breakfast, were pleasant and efficient. The location was great, right across from the University of Oregon with easy access to attractions like the Matthew Knight Arena. The presence of Dutch Bros in the parking lot was a bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Stayed at HI Express for a weekend visit to U of O. Conveniently located, within walking distance to campus and a grocery store. Safe crosswalks and good walk signals. Enjoyed coffee from Dutch Bros. nearby. Clean room with microwave and fridge, and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a nice selection. Emily at the front desk was professional and accommodating. Loved the amenities in our two-queen suite. a great experience.
