during my previous stay in eugene, i had a decent experience, but this time at holiday inn express, everything exceeded my expectations for valentine's day. the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the hot food, and the room was updated and very clean. my family loved the spacious layout and the comfortable beds made it even better.

Housekeeping skipped making the bed entirely during my stay!!! Parking is annoyingly loud at night!!! Needs better management to address maintenance issues promptly!!!

The staff were really top-notch, especially the breakfast crew, proper sound folks! The brekkie spread was a fine treat with plenty of choices. Only downside was the noise, could hear a fair bit from the neighbors. All in all, a grand spot to stay!

The indoor pool and hot tub were disappointing!!! The hot tub's water looked murky and damaged my jewelry!!! Also, the common areas need a serious deep clean!!! Rooms could use a recliner for older guests like me!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs! ! Breakfast had every choice imaginable, including hot Cinnabon rolls and a pancake machine! The pool was also a great spot to unwind!

However, water pressure could be improved, and I noticed parking was a bit noisy at night.

The spot is super convenient for walks to campus and nearby great food options like Wild Duck Cafe and Little Big Burger. Breakfast choices were surprisingly good. The friendly staff made everything even better!

The room was surprisingly spacious with nice decor. I really liked the comfy bed and the updated amenities. There were lots of outlets, and the lighting was great for getting ready. The sofa and chairs made it even more cozy. Also, it had convenient storage options. Just a heads up, adjusting the shower head might be tough if you're not tall. But overall, a solid stay!
