The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely outstanding - the best I've ever had in a hotel, and I've traveled a lot for work. The options were varied and delicious, and the service from the woman in charge, Bernice, was exceptional. She deserves a raise and a high five for sure. The beds were also super firm, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provided a range of pillow options, from firm to soft, which was a nice touch.

Felt safe and secure, and the staff were always helpful. I did have a little trouble finding the light switches in the room, but that was a minor inconvenience.

I had a great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express in Hobbs. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing, especially Deanne at the front desk. She even brought floaties for my kids!

The selection of food was great and there was a friendly staff member named Aurora who made the experience even better. the hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the location, as it was close to a casino and a Walmart.

One issue I encountered was that when I arrived, I was given a different room than the one I booked. Additionally, the internet connection was a bit unreliable, although it wasn't a major issue for me.

The woman who ran the breakfast, I believe her name was Bernice, did an exceptional job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having different pillow options. The front desk attendant, Deanne, was a joy to be around and incredibly helpful. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. it was a great stay with firm beds and excellent service.
