I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Inverness for a week-long getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant surprise of a pool with perfect temperature. The rooms were fully equipped with all the necessary facilities and supplies, including a washing machine and dryer. The beds were absolute bliss, and the breakfast offered a fresh and extensive selection. This hotel is now my first choice when visiting the area.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained facility. The beds, pillows, and covers were absolutely fabulous - even the fold-out couch had a memory foam mattress that the kids fought over. The breakfast each day was simply amazing, the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always available to assist us, no matter the time of day or night. The pool was also a pleasant surprise, with a lovely temperature. our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be making this hotel our first choice when we're in the area again. Thank you!

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The location worked great for me, and the staff treated me with friendliness and warmth.

We sought refuge from hurricane Irma at this hotel with 2 little dogs. The staff were gracious and patient, even under their own stress. The housekeepers did an excellent job keeping the hotel clean and were very friendly. Maintenance was polite and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was generous. The property is well maintained with a nice pool, and they even let us have a pool party for our 15-year-old when the parks were closed. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you, Joy and the staff, for making our stay so much better.
