Great Stay at Holiday Inn Express

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was pristine, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options. We were particularly impressed with the pancake maker and the friendly lady who refilled it for us. The pool area was well-maintained and our 12-year-old son had a blast swimming there. This hotel truly made our road trip a memorable and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to others. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. the location was conveniently located off I-20 and surrounded by a variety of dining options. the staff went above and beyond to make sure guests had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast options were limited when I arrived as I overslept. However, the scrambled eggs and hot cinnamon rolls that I did try were delicious.

The front desk clerk was helpful and the hotel was clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Jackson, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. the friendly staff were helpful in recommending local restaurants, such as one with delicious jambalaya. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. the first floor room I was assigned was not what I had requested, and when I asked to be moved, I was told it was the only room available.
