The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to use the Great Room for game night with our friends. I was also impressed when I realized I had left my cell phone and purse in the bathroom near the lobby; one of the housekeepers found them and returned them to me intact. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast choices were adequate, and I appreciated how the pillows were labeled soft/firm, making it easier to choose for our kids. a very nice place to stay!

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Jasper and got excellent value for my money. The room was clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like a VIP.

One of the housekeepers went above and beyond by finding and returning my cell phone and purse that I had accidentally left in the bathroom near the Lobby. The staff was helpful in resolving an issue with the room door and made the best of the situation with minimal impact to us. The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. a very nice place to stay.
